    It was okay for what I paid, but I ended up returning it for a TCL qled, which I absolutely love!

    Good tv for the price but the default color settings are off colored. I was unable to find any settings that fixed it. I have it right next to a Toshiba Fire TV that is a few years old and the tinting of the color on this Insignia is just off.

    Fire TV needs a Fire Stick to use the internet

    Within a couple of months the TV stopped connecting to the internet and has never connected again. We have to use a Firestick in order to stream on the “Fire TV”. When attempting to connect it will show the internet connection, but when you put the password in and attempt to connect, it says it timed out (immediately) and doesn’t connect (even when placed in the same room as the router). This was a gift for a loved one, so it was especially disheartening. Based on this I’m unlikely to purchase from Insignia again. Their products have been a little iffy over recent years, and this was the icing on the cake.

    Some of the apps that you add will not play even after you delete them and reinstall. They play on all the other televisions I have but this one. Not sure why. They were playing in the beginning and just stopped.

    Operating system is garbage, extremely laggy and can barely load apps. Audio goes in and out regularly and doesn’t maintain a BT connection to my AirPods Pro’s. I would not recommend this thing to my worst enemy. The sad part is that the picture is actually pretty nice for the money. Now I need to find another cheapo set for my workout room, waste of money.

    During setup we chose a language using the included remote, then the following section asked us to pair the remote. Nothing we did, including factory resetting both the TV and remote did not work. Had to return it for a upgraded TV

    24 hrs after I purchased the volume went....They wouldn't exchange for a new one made a big deal about it, wanted to send the Geek Squad.....Two months earlier bought another tv 1 month after purchase picture went same deal... NEVER SHOPPING AT BEST BUY AGAIN !!!!!!!

    Great price but two channels plays at the same time. Even when the tv is turned off, the tv is STILL on. It's frustrating to have to unplug the tv to reset it.

    Overall a goo purchase, however, it seems there’s some known compatibility issues with Apple TV and the shows resuming from the beginning after being paused. I will go back to ask about this and possibly return the tvs.

    We’ve had this tv for just over a year and there’s a noticeable oval shape that appears in the corner of the tv (about 6inches wide) that is discolored.

    This TV was fine hanging, untouched, on the living room wall for 20 months. Yesterday, the screen stopped working. Just out of the blue - There's never been any indication that the LEDs were failing. I've done all the troubleshooting and it would appear the LEDs have just stopped working. It would cost more than the price of a new TV to have it repaired. I was satisfied with this TV while it did work - the sound was quite good for the price. The display was average. Connectivity and speed of navigation were wonderful. I bought this TV based on the great reviews, however, I cannot recommend it.

    I got this for my room & I hate it. The colors are so off & if I try to brighten it it just looks washed out. I don’t use it much so it’s bearable, but I hate it so bad. I wish I could return it but it’s been too long.

    Arrived damaged and customer service asked if I wanted to keep the damaged tv and he would give me a credit for $46 but no replacement to be offered, would need to repurchase. Why would I want a damaged tv that I spent a few hundred dollars on??? Ridiculous. I had to pay for Uber XL to return it to a store

    We ordered quite a few tv's from y'all for our annual Christmas party and for company give aways well the recipient of this TV went to install their TV when they realized it was nonfunctional and had broken screen When we tried to contact a manager or get some help over the issue we couldn't talk to anyone at the store as the person on the phone said the store does not handle phone calls and we could not return the TV for a new one.

    Slow updates and messed up loading

    The software that makes it work is slow, it was also way out of date, took several updates before it started working and the updates were buggy. Took several tries and reboots.
