Tv won't go past the pair remote control menu even though the control is already working. I can turn it on/off, choose language but it won't work after that.

Lasted less than 14 months before the back light went out. Didn't get a warranty with it and manufacturers warranty was only for 1 year. Probably won't ever be buying insignia again. Did a great job while it was working though.

Bought a year and a half ago and product is dead already. Screen is dark and flickers so you can only hear sound. It will cost more to fix it than I paid for it. It wasn't incredibly expensive, but I really did expect it to last longer than this. Absolute garbage. Not to mention the absolute crummy service I received trying to get it. This was the very last purchase I ever make from BestBuy.

Total waste of money and very disappointed.
I had a 48 inch Insignia TV that I loved and unfortunately was struck by lightning and it blew up the power board which i replaced myself btw and only cost me around $20 and it was like brand new.
Its been about a year now and the screen had started to have lines across it so i decided to purchase a new tv....Well I should've thought twice apparently.
The picture on this tv is horrible and I've adjusted the settings every which way and no improvement.
The setting change when you change channels so everytime i want to switch channels im having to take the time to readjust everything.
The remote is way too small as well.
I would definitely NOT recommend this TV to anyone!!!

Tv is very light so there is no struggling with weight. Simple set up takes 15 minutes to get everything going. Apps are very easy to get into. The picture quality is very good, colors are vibrant the speakers were actually very good. For the price I definitely recommended. Nice gaming tv as well.
