    Although the television was superb in the quality of viewing, it was not covered under the warranty plan when my grandson accidently broke it. Therefore I will never buy another tv from best buy!! Check your warranty coverage!!!

    Tv worked good for a while then the tv started failing when you watch darker pictured shows and movies

    It’s a good tv but color could be better. In the standard mote it’s a little yellowish.

    Slow but good enough to have in your bedroom. But disconnects from wifi often if to far from router.

    Poor picture quality. Can’t watch for 10 minutes will get water from eyes. Changed Hisense qled which 100 times better quality picture

    Absolutely disgusting experience buying this TV. It does not work properly keeps getting restarted every 10 minutes. Also, best buy is of absolutely no help. I tried getting a replacement but best buy even cancelled the replacement order. I am not sure what do I do with this thing when it does not work. When I call customer care, these guys keep me on hold for so long and stop responding. This has been one of the most frustrating buying experiences ever.

    cheaply built tvs. I bought two of these tvs at different times and at different Best Buy stores. Unfortunately they both have the same issues, the screens have lines across them and will randomly shake in a wave type motion. This makes it annoying and difficult to watch tv and movies and makes me regret spending my money on this brand.

    TV did not include original remote. Ordered replacement remotes on Amazon and TV will not get past opening menu without OEM remote. Disappointed.

    The splash screen as soon as you turn the tv on is blinding as all hell instead of just letting you cycle through your apps and shows you're immediately bombarded with ads and continual sales The navigation is buggy as hell and freezes up constantly The settings are also janky

    My TV is mounted and I notice it has 2 flaws on the screen right in the middle of the picture. They are flaws in the glass. I would like a replacement but know it would be a big expense for me to have someone dismount it, box it up and send it back and then hire someone to remount it. Very disappointing.....

    It is having issues with the picture where there seems to be some sort of issue between the screen and the internal color pieces. Didn't show up till after the return period because I don't use the TV that often. I've never had this happen with a TV before so I would really recommend buying this one.

    We bought this TV in November for our patio. We just opened it in May to put it up. There is no remote. Too late to return it. Bought a universal insignia remote from best buy and cannot get the TV to work because it wont stop searching for the remote that wasn't in the box.
