    Terrible. Volume goes up randomly. Fire tv is very slow and lags. Can't pause it because it goes back to the main screen and you have to look for the show u were watching.

    Not user friendly when compared to Samsung. Had difficulties with downloading some apps. The resolution is not the best

    We thought we were getting a great deal, but the tv picture stopped working after 16 days, so when I tried to return it, they wouldn’t accept it. Thankfully, it had a manufacturers warranty on it and a Geek Squad member came out to my house and could not fix it so we did an exchange for the same TV. Surely it wouldn’t break twice in a row. This time, though it did not work right away, having sound, but no picture. I have a very low opinion of insignia and the quality of products that Best Buy puts their name behind. Unfortunately for them, but fortunate for me, will no longer shop here.

    Seemed to work great for about a month but now we’re starting to see the sides of the screen starting to flicker so unfortunately we’ll have to return.

    It was a great television until it went out days after the warranty. Purchase date: 7/3/2023, Television went out 7/1/2024 but wasn’t reported until 7/12/2024. My family and I was out of a television!!!

    The TV lost some pixels before 2 weeks. But we have 2 more that work great. You just need to keep an eye on it

    Bought a year and a half ago and product is dead already. Screen is dark and flickers so you can only hear sound. It will cost more to fix it than I paid for it. It wasn't incredibly expensive, but I really did expect it to last longer than this. Absolute garbage. Not to mention the absolute crummy service I received trying to get it. This was the very last purchase I ever make from BestBuy.

    I bought this TV according to the reviews that seemed to say that it was a great TV. Hah! I had it 10 days and this morning it went nuts! The sound was stuck on a show that I watched last night but I couldn't get the screen! So, I'm watching a food show to the sound of Dragnet!? I tried to turn the TV off but it wouldn't shut down. I went to get ready for church and noticed later that it was off. When I got home it was the same way so I boxed it up and took it back.

    Remote ergonomic is horrible, the equalizer option is excellent but OS is horrible, responsiveness is horrible because it freezes, HDMI is dysfunctional therefore I am unable to connect the port to my speaker

    A disagreement between the Geek Squad and the exchange department is holding up the exchange of our faulty Insignia TV bought 4 months ago. We are caught in the middle with a faulty TV that we can’t watch. Horrible customer service. Beware of buying anything from Best Buy. I’ve been a loyal customer for over ten years. No more.

    Absolutely disgusting experience buying this TV. It does not work properly keeps getting restarted every 10 minutes. Also, best buy is of absolutely no help. I tried getting a replacement but best buy even cancelled the replacement order. I am not sure what do I do with this thing when it does not work. When I call customer care, these guys keep me on hold for so long and stop responding. This has been one of the most frustrating buying experiences ever.
