    Bestbuy sold me a defective tv. From the time the tv arrived and I opened the box you could tell it had already been opened and possibly already returned. The remote was at the top and not in the bag with the manual like usual. As soon as I turned it on there was a huge vertical line on the tv. I honestly believe BestBuy sold an open & defective return as a brand new tv! Extremely annoyed and disappointed!

    40 minute initial setup.

    First it needs to update for about 15 minutes bc it ships with ancient software I guess. Then it needs to install the updates for ten minutes. Then it takes 5 minutes to setup your Amazon acct bc this is a fire tv. Then it takes 10 minutes to install your Amazon apps. All for a $200 tv. The tv quality may be decent but it’s obvious Best Buy puts zero effort into the software and update process. They sell you the tv and don’t care about the experience after.

    Had to buy 2: first one -when I brought it home it “spidered” when I turned it on. Brought it back for an exchange Lasted 1 year and 2 days before it crapped out; picture just stopped and because it’s a fire tv you can’t get switch it over to just tv to watch.

    A year into having the TV and it no longer works and gave me a bunch of trouble along the way. DO NOT buy this brand. You get what you pay for, that’s what I get for going cheap

    Your customer service and curbside pick up are horrendous. You leave Customer sitting out there for a half hour and never tell them curbside pick up is not available after you’ve given them a number and told them 10 minutes they’d be out. And then, when you go in the store, they won’t help you out with the TV. I had to get a stranger to help me put my TV in the car. Thanks for nothing To be perfectly honest, this is probably my eighth review written to you with exactly the same complaint and you’ve never contacted me at all. You’re paying me lip service.

    Faulty product. INSIGNA TV. Called Best Buy 4 weeks after i bought it. They will not take anything back in store after 15 days! I will never buy anthing from Best Buy again!!!!!

    Defective 3.5mm ports

    3.5mm port generates a loud hissing/buzzing sound. I exchanged the first TV thinking I had a defective model, and now the second one is having the same issue. I have two other TV's I've tested in the same area with the same headphones that do not have this issue. So either the 3.5mm ports are defective or the TV itself is generating some kind of interference. I'll be returning this second one and going with a Sony or RCA, as these are the brands of the other TV's I tried replicating the issue with.

    Airplay does not work at all

    Airplay does not work at all on this TV, despite it claiming that it's supported. I enabled Airplay 2 on this TV and when I try to connect with my iPhone, iPad, or Mac via Screen Mirroring in the control center, it just says that I'm unable to connect with this TV. It's ridiculous that the TV says it can support Airplay in the menu but it does not. Absolutely terrible!

    Purchased this TV in September 2023. Not even 2 years old and the bottom third of the screen went completely dim. Much like everything nowadays, not built to last!!!

    After a month in a half started to have issues with the screen. I'm returning it. I loved the image and sound quality but is going back!!

    Becomes paperweight after 14 months

    Have had this tv for less than 15 months and had already had the backlight go out. Seems that Insignia has decided to quit making quality tvs that will last 10+ years and have opted to make disposible tvs instead. Enjoyed it until it went out but it is too much to spend for only 14 months!

    Terrible tv brand ! Purchased for my grandmother’s 68th birthday in January. By February the tv wouldn’t turn off and now in March the tv is stuck on an update and will not work. Best Buy won’t exchange it and they want me to pay for someone to fix it. Terrible policies for a tv that isn’t 90 days old!

    I purchased 6 of these TVs and 4 of them have already died in under 2 years. The backlight has gone out on them. Do not waste your money on these cheap TVs.

    Insignia TVs are the WORSE . I have bought THREE and within 2 years ALL THREE have gone out! The warranty is TERRIBLE on these ! I will NO LONGER BUY anything like this from BESTBUY1 Their stuff is CRAP!

    The tv works great. HOWEVER, you can’t disable the sleep timer. Spoke to customer service, and the most you can get is 4 hours. I think it’s pretty ridiculous that I can’t control if my tv stays on or is turned off.

    Shipping is Flawd

    So we’re about a week past due for the scheduled delivery date. I was approved for a return, which I still have yet to receive. Package has been stuck on “Delayed” one state over from me for well over a week now. I don’t suggest getting unless you can pick up same day. Now debating on whether or not to go in and cause a huge disruption until matter is fixed. We’ll see how I feel this week
