I've had this TV for less than 1 year. All the streaming apps started crashing. Initially thought it was the apps, but it got progressively worse. After 15 seconds the TV will either freeze and you have to unplug it or it restarts. It's impossible to use. Insignia customer service keeps walking me through a reboot, but the TV will not stay on long enough. Don't buy!!!!

I was in a hurry to get a tv and didn’t do as much research as I should have done but after receiving a broken one and then receiving a tv that wouldn’t turn on for a week, it’s been a super frustrating experience. So after not messing with it at all for a few days, the tv turns on, by itself, while I’m cooking and hasn’t been much of an issue. I don’t like the suggestive selling for shows and then realizing I don’t have an app/subscription for the movie I wanted to watch.

Received a nice open-box deal. After receipt I noticed it was missing screws for the feet, and rather than simply mailing me a set of screws, I was directed to return the product or visit the physical store. Not very much common sense or regard for the environment.

Tv screen blacked out after 2 months of purchasing it. It was a gift for my mom for mother's day. I had to transfer the tv all the way back to my home for a repair technician to come out. For the price this was not worth it. Thats what I get for trying to be cheap.

Received TV that was broken into a million pieces and company refused to rectify or even help the situation. I even had a claim opened but nobody ever responded even though I was promised someone would email me within 48 hours. I have bought several TVs and other things from here but will NEVER buy another thing from them!! Absolutely terrible

Absolutely HORRIBLE - TV died in 21 days and because I was past the 15 day return, Best Buy would not even do just an exchange. Instead they made me buy a $50 Plus Membership in order for me to return/exchange. Best Buys customer service is beyond horrible. You have lost me as a customer and will not be shopping there again.

Right out of the box the screen was damaged. It had a white pale glaze which distorted the image. My tv was not eligible for return and now I have to wait 2 weeks for a tech to look at it because it’s still under warranty of its first year. Disappointed with this TV.

Our first tv was missing legs. Ok, annoying but no big deal let’s get a brand new box. We got all the way set up in apps successfully and the screen literally just went dark for no reason. No picture ever showed up again. We bought a Samsung at Sam’s Club for my mom and it’s had no problems so far.
