Therefore I will never buy another tv from best buy!! Check your warranty coverage!!!

Too expensive for what they do

I can get that much, much cheaper that $240. Requested a return and will purchase the tv and hired an outside installer for much cheaper.

Please don’t do it!

It refuses to stay connected to the wifi. It buffers constantly and when it does play it disconnects midway through a movie or show. My apartment has fiber wifi so I can’t fiddle with a router. But I upgraded to a higher speed to see if that would help and the tv will not even show the higher speed as an option. Get my computer, phone, tablet, and two Alexa’s are connected to it. The picture quality isn’t great either.

TERRIBLE Company!! Awful policies!!

Purchased this tv and was not aware of the 15 day return policy (all of Best Buy’s competitors offer twice as long return windows). I tried to return the tv just 2 days after the deadline and was treated AWFUL and scolded for not knowing their policy. Go ANYWHERE else to buy your electronics so you are given ample time to change your mind! Definitely NOT customer centric!

Cable Company Not Compatible

Too late to return it. Bought a universal insignia remote from best buy and cannot get the TV to work because it wont stop searching for the remote that wasn't in the box.

Bad tv

A very unhappy customer to a very unresponding bus

You leave Customer sitting out there for a half hour and never tell them curbside pick up is not available after you’ve given them a number and told them 10 minutes they’d be out. And then, when you go in the store, they won’t help you out with the TV. I had to get a stranger to help me put my TV in the car. Thanks for nothing To be perfectly honest, this is probably my eighth review written to you with exactly the same complaint and you’ve never contacted me at all. You’re paying me lip service.

40 minute initial setup.

Then it needs to install the updates for ten minutes. Then it takes 5 minutes to setup your Amazon acct bc this is a fire tv. Then it takes 10 minutes to install your Amazon apps. All for a $200 tv. The tv quality may be decent but it’s obvious Best Buy puts zero effort into the software and update process. They sell you the tv and don’t care about the experience after.

Defective 3.5mm ports

I exchanged the first TV thinking I had a defective model, and now the second one is having the same issue. I have two other TV's I've tested in the same area with the same headphones that do not have this issue. So either the 3.5mm ports are defective or the TV itself is generating some kind of interference. I'll be returning this second one and going with a Sony or RCA, as these are the brands of the other TV's I tried replicating the issue with.

Disappointing purchase.

I now have a black screen with no sound. I did all the protocols recommended to solve the issue. They didn't work. This is the first product I bought from this brand and will not buy anymore. It was good while it lasted, but it really wasn't that much time. I expected better longevity.

From the time the tv arrived and I opened the box you could tell it had already been opened and possibly already returned. The remote was at the top and not in the bag with the manual like usual. As soon as I turned it on there was a huge vertical line on the tv. I honestly believe BestBuy sold an open & defective return as a brand new tv! Extremely annoyed and disappointed!
