    18 months in... it has died. Not worth it! We have another brand that has lasted us 8 years and is still going strong.

    The google review said the quality of this tv was comparable to sony so i purchased the tv. I hooked the tv up and on the second day the color dissipated and never returned. I returned the tv and purchased another brand. The staff at Best Buy were eady to deal with and assisted me with the other tv purchase.

    Bought Friday. Picked up Saturday. Sunday the screen blacked out and didn’t work since. I like the features of the tv just defective.

    The picture quality on this television is terrible. It is extremely grainly and almost makes me go cross-eyed watching. This is the worst television I have ever purchased. I purchased it to replace an 8 year old television. The picture on this television is worse. In fact, the quality is worse than the two 18 year old televisions in my home.

    This TV did not last 2 years. When I called Tech they said they are aware to the problem and it cannot be repaired. Very disappointed.

    TV worked for 6 weeks. Called 1800BESTBUY per instructions on line. They instructed to return to store, pulled tv off of wall, took to the store and they would not exchange.

    Not happy with my purchase! I bought the 50" Smart TV for $249.99 with the bundle of the free Echo pop. A few days after the purchase the price dropped to $219.99. I called for the price match and to find out where my free Echo pop was, their customer service just gave me the run around. No price refund yet nor the free Echo Pop.
