Do Not Buy

It was a gift for my mom for mother's day. I had to transfer the tv all the way back to my home for a repair technician to come out. For the price this was not worth it. Thats what I get for trying to be cheap.

Insignia TVs are the worse to buy!

Worst company ever!!!

I even had a claim opened but nobody ever responded even though I was promised someone would email me within 48 hours. I have bought several TVs and other things from here but will NEVER buy another thing from them!! Absolutely terrible

Sleep Timer

Spoke to customer service, and the most you can get is 4 hours. I think it’s pretty ridiculous that I can’t control if my tv stays on or is turned off.

Best Buy Customer Service HORRIBLE

Instead they made me buy a $50 Plus Membership in order for me to return/exchange. Best Buys customer service is beyond horrible. You have lost me as a customer and will not be shopping there again.

Horrible, broke after less and an month in a half

It can not be returned as it is past the 30 days. So disappointed and such a waste of money. Save yourself and purchase a different tv.

Pass in insignia

Ok, annoying but no big deal let’s get a brand new box. We got all the way set up in apps successfully and the screen literally just went dark for no reason. No picture ever showed up again. We bought a Samsung at Sam’s Club for my mom and it’s had no problems so far.

Insignia fire tv hiccup

Not what I expected from Best Buy or Insignia

It had a white pale glaze which distorted the image. My tv was not eligible for return and now I have to wait 2 weeks for a tech to look at it because it’s still under warranty of its first year. Disappointed with this TV.

I hooked the tv up and on the second day the color dissipated and never returned. I returned the tv and purchased another brand.
