I am not sure why but i cant find a solution to how to fix it from turning on by itself. 12 am it will turn on and then ill turn it off and then it will turn on again in a couple hours. Through the day ive came home to it on.

After a year, the tv started turning on by itself. The worst is during the middle of the night. Imagine waking up to an ad for Indiana Jones at full volume 3 times in an hour scrambling for the remote…… This TV is constantly turning on and playing ads. Other than that, the picture is great, but we’ve been unplugging it because it has a mind of its own. We took the batteries out of the remote thinking a stuck button was the issue, but looked it up and its a known issue.

I bought this TV 3 years ago on Black Friday 11-2020 on Thanksgiving morning, it went out a week after Black Friday this year 2023, The picture turn into Blk and White and the TV went out. The price was to good to be true $149.99, now i'm in the market for shopping for another 50 inch TV but it will not be another Fire TV, That was a waste of money for the TV to only last for 3 years. The picture was very Beautiful for 3 years. Don't waste your money on this Insignia Fire 4K TV. I don't want to ever buy another Fire TV i'm done with that.

I NEVER do reviews but, I received it as a gift for my birthday. This was my fourth Insignia television. I am so disappointed now after a year it's not working not sure what the problem is. I tried calling Best Buy numerous times and kept getting a recording. Out of 4, I have two insignia televisions that are over nine years old, that still work great. I hope someone can help me with resolving this. The remote is not responding and the screen is white and later turns purple, so frustrating I do not recommend this TV
