I just met 2 year with this TV and having black screen issues. It starts first with some green lines and out of nowhere black screen. I was expecting to have at least 5 years with no issues. I will pick up a different one next time, totally disappointed.

Tv was less than 4 weeks old and was told to contact manufacturer outaide of their return policy. Too much hassle for a tv with sound no pic. I was able to get a replacement but too much trouble. First and last time purchasing a TV at BestBuy1

I just brought my tv 1/23/2024 because I wanted to stream my Verzion Fios app instead of renting the box. I may have to return the tv because almost every channel freezes up and I have to keep rebooting the tv. It's annoying. I really wanted to like this tv because of the features but sadly it's going back. Maybe I purchased the defective on(shrugs shoulders).

Have had this tv for a year 3 months past its 1 year warranty, suddenly has multiple lines horizontally! Tv was placed on console, and NEVER moved. Tv still has plastic film around all edges. Tv has never been moved, dropped, bumped or any thing that could possibly cause ANY damage. I am veyond unhappy. DO NOT BUY THIS TV

Absolute waste of money. Garbage TV

Picked up 50" brand new 16 months ago. Average useage 2-3hrs a day(bedroom tv) and backlight crapped out already. Called insignia and they said too bad. I get its not a super expensive TV but regardless it should last more than a yr and a half. Done w Insignia and their garbage products

Issues with Return

TV was delivered damaged.
I processed the return online and instructions were to take it to the store as a return option.
The associate and the manager in the store were of no help and I had to take the TV back home, call corporate to get a return label and then take to UPS.
It was a very disappointing experience.

I purchased this tv as a gift. I’ve bought open box before with no problems but this one was broken. The box even was all busted up. How can you send a product in that type of condition. I will never purchase from online or maybe in store again.

If there were a zero That’s what I would give it . Had the piece of junk for 13 months and got nothing but colorful lines vertically. It’s absolutely junk unless you only want one year of viewing. Of course you can just through your money in the trash

I purchased this same TV from Bestbuy and out of all my purchases. This INSIGNIA picture went out right at 2 years. I still have the remote if anyone needs one. My best of all TVs purchased was my Dynex Plasma as of today its was purchased back in 2007!!!
