It loads the apps you select from one if your firesticks that’s on your Amazon account automatically, making set-up super easy! The picture & sound quality is more than what you can ask for for the price

It also appears that BritBox is not available unless you purchase it through Amazon. Yes, you can watch box from the Internet but now, unless you click on something every so often, the tv thinks it’s not being watch and the screensaver comes on. I was happier with my Roku although this has a nice picture. The sound is jist ok.

Not a problem. July 8th-gray screen, sound but no picture. So, with Fire TV embedded, the remote becomes useless when you have a gray screen-you can not access any menu. Tried resetting the tv by unplugging it. Removed game system and antenna. Reset remote. Nothing worked. Went through chat with Best Buy but because didn’t purchase Total Care was given a number to call to make an appointment. Called BB and was directed to call Insignia. Made the mistake of calling Insignia… wanted to send out a tech. Told warranty wasn’t valid even though it’s a year warranty on parts/labor. Spent way too much time on the phone to get nowhere. Printed warranty and receipt, packed the tv back in its original box and returned to BB. They honored the warranty. So like the title says, buy this only from Best Buy and keep the box! If you can swing Total Care great otherwise, if something goes wrong, hopefully it’s in the first year. When the tv worked, it was fine got the price point.

At first, I was hesitant but it my standards and realized you sometimes don’t need all the bells and whistles that come in the higher end TVs. I would even argue that this TV causes me less eye strain than the brighter higher contrast TVs. The only downside is there will be a glare if exposed to sunlight. Bottom line, it does it exceeds its job for what you are paying for.
