Great tv. Had to replace an old tv/firestick combo. Pictures great, havent had any issues with any apps updating, quick to load anything. Spotify sounds good.

this is an excellent tv and I have had a good experience with this brand of tv going back to the "Plasma " flat screens.

First Fire tv I’ve purchased, have always used Roku. Easy interface and love that it works with my Echo dot!

I love Insignia Televisions, their great for the price and very clear.

The quality of the picture is great but I’ll never buy another fire TV again. It shuts off after like ten mins of inactivity meaning I have to constantly turn the tv back on and go back to the streaming app I was watching and start the stream again. I also don’t think the interface is user friendly at all. My Roku tv is a million times better and I should have paid the extra money to get one instead of buying this one since it was on sale. If I hadn’t already paid to have it mounted to the wall I would have returned it.

After my other TV went out, I decided to go back to BEST BUY and look what was available. After seeking out a 50" TV, my choice couldn't have been better with the Insignia/FireTV. It's picture is better than my current more popular named brand TV. Wish I would have selected this before!!

Got tv at a great deal. Love the graphics to it. All the features it comes with. Kids love it. Its used specifically for video gaming.

This tv was a great deal. It’s a smart tv with a great picture. We use it outside on our patio and it’s perfect! It was well packaged and the set up was easy.

The tv picture is just as good as the LG it replaced which had finally gave up on me. I don't love having to go thru the menu to get to the cable tv - preferred the smart tv of the LG, as opposed to the fire tv . But this is my second insignia and they seem great! great value

The customer service at Best Buy Bellevue Was out of this world, there customer service was classical, and unique. There staff was very attentive and friendly, and always eager to satisfy your curiosity, in my own words I strongly believe that life without Best Buy isn’t worth living, they have the best deals on appliances at rock bottom price. In a nut shell I must confess that sometimes I’m having a great challenge ignoring their APP on my phone because there prices are madly insane and pocket friendly. M s rose.
