    I'm replaced a TV from BB that was a "refurbish" excellent...lasted maybe 5 years but back light strips are gone.... Upon researching on net this isn't an uncommon problem with these TV's. I replaced with the exact same thing just a tad higher in resolution for BR tv. Both 50" Fire TV's...this was open box "excellent" too...only had a couple months and we'll see....55" are available now for that same price.

    The tuner sucks. Live tv pixelates and other interference on over the air tv. If I run it through the dvr, then there is no interference. And it is on the same antenna connection. The picture is great otherwise. If I watch tv on the internet it is great also. This is my second Insignia. The first did the same thing and Best Buy repaced it under warranty.

    Great TV, pic quality pretty good. It’s a smart TV, so took a minute to set up with all of the log ins. Easy to assemble feet. Quality product, not too heavy, but awkward to pick up to move around . I may mount on wall. Sound is good . No complaints so far.
