Bad Television

The main thing is that after only two months the backlight led lights in it decided to stop working. After two months of barely using it. I bought the item on sale, and believed to have found a good holiday deal, little did I know that it was cheap, simply because the hardware in it is too. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a decent TV. Pay the extra 100$, it’s worth avoiding the headache of trying to get a replacement or just fixing it as is. DO NOT BUY.

Worst customer service

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought tv on cyber Monday.. it wouldn't stay on.. call customer service which was horrible and they said the tv was compatible wit my wifi which is 5g... after goin back and forth they decided to send me another which was over a wk later but at the last minute they said they couldn't find one close by me which didn't make any sense to me... all and all I returned the tv after 3wks of not having a tv... I deal with best buy but after this experience I'm not anymore... I had the worst experience ever with them...

Never again!

We purchased one on cyber Monday and by the middle of January the sound went out and all the HDMI ports went out, I took it back they replaced it for free without a protection plan which was so awesome on best buys part but yet again we have had it less than a month and it skips and pauses through shows but when a Roku is plugged in it streams just fine. There is definitely lots of flaws with this product. Never again.

Useless Warranty

While out of the room, it developed stress fractures in the screen, cause unknown, a month after purchase and Best Buy will not honor any warranty because they don't cover physical damage, so the $150 for the TV plus the warranty are complete waste because now I have to shop for another TV to replace one that's only a month old.

Horrible tv

Then i contact support and they sent me another one December 26th. Now a little over a week later after getting the replacement tv this one has sound issues and apps arent working! I need a different brand of televison or a refund! I dont undersand how in the world this tv had almost five stars! The tv lags and the menus move like i use dial up internet! I usually dont really write reviews but this is ridiculous!

Defective

It doesnt turn on anymore. When i hit power it flashes ans turns off. We tried unplugging it and pluging it back in. It has always been plugged into a gfci outlet dock so it isnt an issue of power from my house. Will be returning.

First Tv order didn’t work they sent a replacement it came with the screen broken. They said they couldn’t send another replacement. I’d have to get a refund. I’m still waiting on that & still no tv. Best Buy NEVER got the tv to me!

Then instead of fixing the issue, they simply refunded my order, without my knowledge and when contacted refused to give me the deal O got on this item on Cyber Monday! Clearly Bait and Switch …and illegal! This is how Best Buy treats customers, Wow, very telling.

NOT worth the headache

I had to return my purchase in order to protect my purchase. You would think that I'd be offer the opportunity to repurchase a set of TV's at what was offered at the time of the deal.

Bait and Switch
