Good price but has some issues

I just returned a 43” because it was sputtering audio and also had the lagging with the remote. Both of them were about a month old.

It's an okay tv.

Not the best Picture quality and the Amazon part of it is like from a first gereration fire stick. My fire box 2 from 2018 is 50 times faster. The TV has a Much SLOWER PROCESSOR for a 2025 TV.

After 1 year, I thought i was getting a deal, but looking back wish i had just purchased a better tv.

Way way way Below average

I bought an open box in excellent condition but everything was missing in the box, only the remote and no screws for the mount, no user's guide .When I went to the store they couldn't help me and 14 day return policy is ridiculous. They lowered the price 18 days after my purchase but I couldn't get a price match. Excellent condition open box is supposed to have everything in the box as original. The picture quality wasn't better than my 10 years old TV that I was replacing at all. Without the instructions on how to use the remote it was very hard to figure out the details on how to use the remote and the TV. #1 Don't buy an open box their ratings doesn't apply $5 savings wasn't worth it. #2 Ho to a store and look at the picture quality before you purchase. #3 If you don't sign up for extended warranty or their version of frequent customer. There's no service and you are left on your own. $4 Folks in the store are not friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure if I am going back .
