Okay tv but wouldn’t buy it again

It constantly breaks I had my second one for a month and the fuse broke for sound. Now on my third one I notice from HDMI back to Home Screen the picture doesn’t work but the sound does so u have to rest the HDMI constantly which is a pain. So yea wouldn’t recommend it or buy it again.

The Sleep Timer has No Option To Keep The Tv Running its Has timer for 5 minute to 240 min even If You Change To 240 min It Still be Off In Few Minutes tried Everything to reset To turn off Everything to Off So That This Junk Can Stay On.

Garbage

I can't understand what's being said in the movies. Also the voice command doesn't work very well. I've had a few insignia brand TVs over the years. This was the only one I've had a problem with.

Best Buy service is awful

The company that Best Buy uses shows that they picked it up from Best Buy, then, 20 minutes later shows that there is a technical difficulties and they cancelled the delivery. I only knew because I checked the tracking number on it. Best Buy has been horrible. I was disconnected from 3 chats but they did confirm that a new on would be delivered on 12/8. There was no confirmation email or new tracking number and it was not delivered. I called back and was told that it was never processed but they confirmed receipt of the request. I asked for a refund which still has. It been processed almost a week later.
