    Worst tv purchase I’ve ever made. User interface is a joke. Installing and signing into apps is awkward and time consuming. Does not work with Roku. It shuts down Roku devices after a few months. Ugh. Not for me. But if you love to spend hours and hours setting up and maintaining a tv, and you enjoy Amazon stealing all your data, you’ll love it.

    Delivery was only a drop off at the door. This was not disclosed at purchase. Set up was time consuming and required the assistance of Comcast as the instructions provided were incomplete and insufficient.

    Not worth yhe moneh by a long shot. Wish I would have done more research as everyone is saying, the same thing with the white coloring is pretty bad on this tv. Has very little settings for an eighteen hundred dollar tv you would expect a whole lot more than what you get.I would say this will be the last samsung device I ever own

    ITEM -ENSIGNIA TV 50 INCH - BAD RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. RETURN FOR EXCHANGE. SO FAR, I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT TV SINCE 11/30/25 & TODAY IS 12/20/25. NOT EVEN SURE I WILL ACCEPT THE RETURN TV WHEN IT ARRIVES. I MAY JUST RETURN IT AS I HAVE ANOTHER TV. NO PICTURE JUST COLORS OVER THE ENTIRE SCREEN AND NO SOUND.

    Yeah the tv looks great. I could tell something was off about this tv since I got it and thought it was the sound. I have confirmed since this tv has to be be at level 45 to be a normal hearing. I am glad I got the warranty and will he returning.

    Had really high hopes for this tv but it is by far the worst tv I’ve ever purchased. It is extremely lagging and even shuts itself off randomly after a few minutes. Also not a fan of the firetv platform, Roku is definitely much better.

    Tv is fine until the volume cuts off. I have to raise it to 100% just to hear like if it’s at 50%

    These newer TVs are made for connections to cable or satellite systems. Don't buy if your using for over the air use antenna. Terrible picture, having to go "manually " up and down channel SUCKS! Overall not great TV I would return it but, I'm pretty much stuck in my home with no transportation. Do your reviews and buy somthing else. Sorry Best Buy you fail.

    the 'jury' is still out. I'm on my second one. The first was no good. still having access problems and no fault of Best Buy ending up needing 4 remotes to cover cable, streaming,DVR and volumn

    I bought this tv and it lasted 1 week! Was supposed to have someone here today to check it out. They never showed up or let me know they were not going to make it. Had to go to the store because a lady I spoke to was not helpful in any way and was very rude. Now I have to wait another week for another one to be delivered! Best Buy, you need to do better!!!

    I’m sad to say that this is a one star review. Originally love the TV and the price, but it routinely cut out when watching Hulu and repeatedly. I returned it for a second of the same thinking that it was a problem with the specific TV but it’s a problem with the model because it happened again. Eventually returned it all together. The folks at Best Buy were very helpful and took it back without issue.

    Speakers crackle

    Been using this tv for a couple of months now. The speakers now all of a sudden have started to crackle. Volume has not been turned up more than 30%, ever. Crackle happens on any channel, or any app being used. Pretty frustrating.

    It’s a piece of junk. Do not buy this. It doesn’t work. It crashes all the time. The apps do not integrate well. The fire platform is trash. Amazon is trash. Don’t give them money. Also, Best Buy is terrible and you probably shouldn’t give them money either because they will not help me return this even though I am disabled.
