Cheap but still not worth it

They give you another number to call, hold, hold, hold. It gets to the point that you just want to throw this thing out. It's the principal at this point.

Best Buy experience - pathetic

TV's are not the issue, it is the Best Buy inability to make this easy/smooth and trouble free. The hassle has made it a terrible experience.

Not worth it

However the the screen turns off on its own in the middle of the show, it gets stuck and the remote doesn’t work or is very weak. There’s no point of buying the tv, just gets you frustrated.

And i couldn't return it and get a refund I had to send out for a repair.

Waste of money

I literally have to have the volume on 80 to even hear. Do yourself a favor if possible and spend a little more on a Samsung, LG, Sony. This tv ain’t it.

We only used a soundbar, the speakers sounded like they were under water. I wouldn’t buy this tv, even though it seems like a good price.

Don’t buy open box and don’t trust delivery

WIFI stopped working
