Can't beat the picture and features for the price

Easy unboxing and setup if you just follow the directions. You will need an Amazon account to use the smart features if you don't have one already. I like that it has options to update the software ( the bravia I replaced with this did not, so it often had issues using Netflix or Amazon video). So I'm hoping as the streaming services update, this can too, ensuring a longer usage life of the apps. The Alexa enabled remote works well. Some say the colors are too "hot" out of the bag. I went through the prefixed display settings and did not have an issue with the original setting. It does give you a nice amount of customizing options to dial the picture in just right. I purchased this on the black Friday sale price. The 55" sale price was not much more and would have gone for that, but i was replacing a 48" in my wife's art room and did not want to change her wall spacing. I believe it also has bluetooth capability as well. I've only set this up tonight and haven't played with all the features yet.

Extremely light weight, great sound and picture. The sound is actually so great that sometimes I dont know if its the tv or if im hearing the noise come from a different room. The fire Tv also combines all of my subscription services and makes it easier to swap between apps.

Arrived quickly in perfect condition. Very easy set up for for this retired lady. Not too heavy. Stand legs were wider and didn't fit well on my tv stand so I just used legs from my old Insignia 50" and they work great. Picture is brighter and sound is better too.

It works as well as you need it to. The menu can be a bit laggy but it functions well enough to use without any problems. For the price it's a great TV.

Got this tv for my mom in the nursing home. The quality blew away the thing that was previously in her room. Only issuevis every now and then the sound stops working. Requires unplugging for at least 30 seconds and plug back in. Fixed

Recently purchased this TV after seeing it in store a few weeks ago. To me, it is a really nice tv, but the tech person in this house is in love. His only complaint is we also have the Omni TV from Amazon, and you can talk directly to the tv (without pressing the alexa button on the remote). Spoiled! We do have a sound bar for extra sound.

This has been a fantastic TV for the game room. We use it for the Xbox games and watching TV all the time we’ve had no issues with it so far and don’t expect any.

I wasn’t quite sure about this purchase, the price was right but I’ve only had Samsung Smart TV’s. This has exceeded my expectations, the picture quality is excellent, sound is incredible, I’m sold to buy another for our family room!

I have owned this TV for about 2 weeks, and this is my experience so far. Pros: 1. Picture quality looks good. It is undoubtably better than the 4k non-HDR LED TV that it replaced. The picture isn't 'great' but its good enough for my living room. I also own an OLED, so I may be spoiled. 2. The speakers are decent (when they work, see below). I had a soundbar on my last TV but I can't use it with this one, so luckily the speakers are sufficient. CONS: 1. User Interface is SLOW. This has generally been my experience with Fire TV devices after a while but this one was slow right out of the box. 2. Speakers randomly don't work. In the 2 weeks I've owned the TV, there has been 3 times when I turned on the TV and there was no sound. Every time I checked to make sure the speakers were enabled in settings, and they were. In 2 of the cases, restarting the TV (not with the remote power button but with the 'restart' option in the settings menu) solved the issue. In the 3rd case restarting didn't help and I had to pull the TV from the wall, unplug it, and plug it back in. 3. In addition to the speaker issues, there are other general stability issues that resulted in lockups requiring the TV to again be pulled from the wall to be un plugged. One time in the middle of a show the video & sound froze with pixelated green bars across the screen, didn't respond to the remote, and required being unplugged to force restart. Last point, this is not really the TV's fault, but the remote signals overlapped with my RCA sound bar so you cant navigate the TV menus without adjusting the bar volume and you can't adjust the bar volume without skipping back & forth in the video. So I can't use my soundbar with this TV and I had to unplug it. Overall this probably would've been a good 'dumb' TV but it was ruined by terrible software.

I like the price but the viewing angle is not as good as my the regular Nsignia TV that i tried to replace. Despite being a better technology. You’ll enjoy it if you’re not viewing from an angle like i have to.

Over all nice picture at a lower price for store brand tv. May want to inspect open box purchases before taking home. Missing plug and manual and had to take second trip to store. Employees were very helpful.
