We love it! Super convenient. Only thing I don’t care for is how slow the start up has become over time

The online specifications alerted me to this problem, and I was prepared to deal with it. It is 8 pounds lighter than the 40" Insignia TV that it replaces. The old Insignia remote works with it. Otherwise, it set up fine. I am satisfied with it.

Good TVs for the price

Only issue is that if you buy multiple TVs that the IR is very easy to pick up on your remote so you will be controlling Multiple TVs with one remote which could be good or bad. I like to Use HomeKit which makes this problem obsolete.

I have purchased the 43’ insignia fire tv a year prior. This is the upgrade to that. The display in excellent. You can tell the difference from 1080p to 4K. This is a great budget friendly tv for causal viewing.

Nice TV

Display freeze couple of times when use airplay. Works fine after restarting TV and freeze after few times. I think it’s fire TV issue, could improve in the future.

Okay service, Good TV

I was supposed to get it the 3rd had to wait till 7th. Don’t trust them to deliver something when they say they will. I still am waiting for an answer as to why it was so late.

Two defective TVs with no help from Best Buy

Over rated TV.

If you only watch network TV or, like me, Dish TV, it is just too cumbersome to use. Next time will not buy an Amazon TV.
