Winner of the Worst TV Ever Award

Do not bother with this tv. It shuts off at random. Sometimes 5 times in a half hour, sometimes once, or sometimes it works fine. You just never know. There are several message boards online on how to remedy this issue, none of which have been fruitful. The fact that there are several message boards would have saved me the trouble of buying the tv but I did not diligently research before purchasing. Lesson learned. Do yourself a favor and skip Insignia Fire TVs.

Tons of dead pixels Brand New

It arrived today and has tons of dead pixels. We called and got transferred to the shipping department. Now we have to wait 4 days until we get it replaced and we have to bring the broken back to the store. Unacceptable
