But its not crisp enough. I wasn't amazing clarity and it doesn't have it.

Tv installation cancelled 5 times!!!!!

Scheduled appointment for installation through Total Tech on December 20th. My tv has still not been installed!!!! My appointment has been cancelled 5 TIMES!!!! NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THEY ARE UNABLE TO SCHEDULE AN INSTALLATION EVER. NO EXPLANATION WHY!!! WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING THROUGH BEST BUY!!!

The picture is very oversaturated out of the box and I had to change the color settings on it in order to be able to watch the TV. For some reason I cannot get optical out or e-arc to work with this TV between two different sound bars. Once I can get either the optical out or the earc to work I will bump it up to four stars

Piece of crap

It started acting up about 6 months after. I would turn the tv on and get a green screen. When i would try & watch a movie or whatever i could hear the sound, but the screen is green & static looking. No picture whatsoever. I thought i bought the 24m warranty but come to find out its only good if u have total tech plus.at first turning it off & then back on fixed it. Then i had to start unplugging it & it would work again 4 a little while fast forward to today. 3/2023 & its dead. Finnished. Fineto. The warranty is void & i have a giant piece on non working plastic. It worked 2 years. The repairman said the motherboard went out. I wish i would have listened to the other reviews that had the exact same issue. BUYER BEWARE

Total Dissatisfaction

When we plugged it in, the whole top of the TV has damage in the screen with green/magenta line running down from the top. Since I waited so long to actually unbox it, I am not eligible to return or exchange it apparently. Total disspointment.

Buyer Beware!

Required I buy Roku which pretty much negated the savings advertised. Would have been better off with a Samsung. Sound quality is not as good as I anticipated.

Faulty TVs, Twice in a Row
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got a defective tv at first (screen was shot with lines everywhere). Got it replaced. The second TV’s screen works fine (yay! … ), but it gets stuck rebooting after doing anything on it - signing into Amazon, installing apps, etc. it only appears to “work” if we don’t ever touch or use it and leave it on the Home Screen as a sort of preview for Amazon prime. Wiping cache and factory resetting did nothing, problem came back immediately after using any “smart tv” function it seems, even on “basic tv” mode.
