    Is a nice size tv but the color and clarity could be way better the picture quality is not as good as what i saw at the store unless they had a different tv on display i kinda feel duped

    After a week of owning the tv, the volume went away. And I had to reset the tv three times. Then the sound would become staticky.

    I will be returning this product. Let me start with- it may just be defective. When a camera pans or motion happens in any scene, movie or tv, it blurs dramatically. So much so that I got a headache almost immediately. Otherwise, coloration was also less than stellar and it was way too bright for the darker room we were going to put it in even after turning down the backlite- that I did not like.

    I couldn’t pass up a good deal, and bought this while browsing at Best Buy. I got this unboxed and mounted on the wall in my bedroom before turning it on. There was a dead pixel. Super disappointing. I returned it and went with a Samsung. Maybe I’m just not used to the interface, but I found it less user-friendly than the Samsung, too.

    Tv was defective right out of the box. The screen looked like it had paint poured down in from the top. Called Best Buy and they immediately sent a replacement. It was worse than the first one..... Wished I'd read the reviews first. This is a common problem with this TV.

    I thought I was getting a great deal on this tv. Got home and set it up…screen was already messed up. Didn’t drop it or lay it flat on the way home. Got a refund and bought another brand.

    Goes to sleep and no way to stop it

    TV goes into sleep mode and turns off if the movie/show is paused for 5 minutes. No way to turn off in the TV settings. Looked up online and would have to re-code the programming.

    TV is fine, but arrived missing power cable, screws for stand, instructions. Best Buy online support was zero help, offered to have me return the entire tv just to get a power cable and screws. No thank you. Luckily I had a found an old power cable that worked.

    Ordered online and had it delivered. The tv screen had damage with the pixels and display. Showing multiple area with blotch spots or dead pixel lines. The product was returned.

    Aside from mine showing up very broken, I did end up looking at it in the store. Its not great. It cant figure out colors. Just go with the comparable priced LG or any other brand.

    Right out of the box, the Tv did not work. Online search suggested a bad led backlight. Thank you BB for making returns easy, swapped this tv for a LG in under 15 minutes.

    When UPS delivered the tv, the picture had colored lines all down the front. I do not blame Insignia...I blame the UPS handling. I still cannot give a good review...since the tv was not working properly.

    Has to be hard reset every day as it loses sound. Unplugged hold button for 30 seconds. Wait a minute and then plug. Back in. Very annoying
