Sound quality is very poor. When people talk it's low but when the background music start it's very loud. And the sound quality is also not good.

Slow, screen blacked out a month after manufacturers warranty. Best Buy was less than apologetic. Do not buy.

Tv was messed up 2 times and the manager lied didn’t make it right like he promised .never buy Best Buy again

It had pink "lines" on the top of the screen, right out of the box. Plus, Best Buy isn't wanting to exchange it for another unit

I'm guessing this F50 will be replaced soon (2021 model). I am surprised what a big improvement this set's picture is compared to my previous standard LED set. QLED is a real thing! Colors are exaggerated in standard mode though. Natural mode looks good. Hopefully it lasts longer than my previous Insignia TV (lasted less than 3 years). On a positive note, Best Buy gave me full credit on the old TV as I had the 5 year Geek Squad coverage. I guess some are getting defective sets but my F50 50 inch is perfect.

TV did not work right. Screen goes gray then black. Unable and will be returning.

This tv has NEVER worked!!! Bought it for a guest room cannot get it to work at all!

This is my 2nd Insignia set , my first smart TV . I've had this one about 6 months and I really have no complaints , the picture is much better than the f30 series I previously used, excellent color and sound AFTER learning how to actually use the remote to make adjustments. I think it took me some time to actually understand all the options available and how to make it to your personal liking ... like any other " new to me " product it's a bit overwhelming having to learn how to operate a TV after knowing the previous one so well but like any other new appliance you're only going to enjoy it when you are familiar with it and have some understanding of what you are doing. Invest some time to learn how to operate it and you'll be happy with it. I think most of the lower ratings are from people who didn't know what they were doing and got frustrated and blamed the design etc etc.

I am very pleased with my purchase of a 50’ Insignia TV from Best Buy. Easy assembly and hook up and the picture is great. My first smart TV has all the added features that make viewing unique and enjoyable. Not to mention the affordable price is a PLUS!

Good image quality, better than expected. Good audio too. Really good deal for your money. I need another one, I will buy this one.

Picture was beautiful but you can tell its garbage quality. They didnt bother spending more than a few pennies on the processor because it takes forever to respond to the remote's commands. The screen suddenly lost its ability to properly control itslef and the left half of the screen is on full brightness with no contrast. The remote updated a few months ago and since then it will fully drain 2 brand new AAA batteries in less than 10 min, so we have to remove the batteries every time we've pressed a button. Unacceptable, horrible quality product.

This TV is more than I expected. Great picture and sound. Easy to use. For the price it's perfect

Nice bright and clear picture especially for the price. Setting up a custom setting isn't intuitive and it defaults to a streaming interface instead of your last input used, but the color accuracy is a lot better then my old one. I'm going to build a speaker reflector guide to improve the sound (many brands of TV's need this so I don't count it against them)
