    Completely died after 2.5 years. At this price point this is ridiculous. It may be due to being built during COVID. Either way it is a subpar product and they will not stand behind their own brand. Horrible!!

    I bought this television 2.5 years ago for my father on Christmas and expected it to last 10+ years, Instead I received a phone call from him a couple days ago and he informed me the tv wasn't working. The sound was working but there was no picture. I then asked him to unplug the tv then plug it back in. After doing so both the sound and picture was out. We thought it was the cable box but it wasn't. Nothing worked. We called geeked squad and they told us to call insignia. Insignia told us it was nothing they could do about it. They could not replace or tell us how to fix it. If they simply informed us on how to fix it we would have been slightly satisfied. But they only gave us a three minute conversation telling us it was nothing they could do. That is completely unacceptable. This tv is not even three years old yet and its out. We have Sony televisions in our home that are 8, 10 and 15 years old and have never given us problems. I feel as if we were dismissed by both the geek squad and insignia.

    Good pic bad sound

    Tried 2 of them. Picture was great. You never knew if the sound would work. Turn it on, may or may not work. Unplug and plug back in and it worked. But then wouldnt again later. Reset them twice..worked a while and then...well stopped

    Will never buy another Insigna product or from Best Buy again. TV put up when new. Never moved. Kept dust free. Never plugged in during a storm or any power issues. 2 years old and screen goes black out of the blue during a show. Support says bad back lamp, sorry nothing we can do. We put back up our 10 yr old RCA as that still works perfectly. Horrible product and support.

    Not close to QLED quality at all.

    I already have a 60” Samsung QLED, and this Insignia Fire TV “QLED” is way too pixelated - it looks more like an oversized LCD! And the screen wouldn’t stop flickering! I had to return it for a full refund.

    I want to return it, the picture wasn’t good. The TV turned off suddenly without any sleep time.

      Based on the product manual, you can check the sleep timer for this TV and adjust so it will no automatically turn off. Make sure that the sleep timer is not turned on. Press and hold Home until the
