First let me say I don't have problems with the actual tv. I am so disappointed that I am not able to use my dish remote with it. I tried programming it with all the codes listed on the setup information with no luck. I then called dish which gave me more codes but none of them would work. They informed me some tv's were not compatible with their remote. So now I have to use 2 remotes to control the tv. I also called Insignia and I was told to call Dish because they didn't know anything about Dish remotes. I had to ask for the codes to program it and then he sarcastically said "Good luck" with getting it programmed.

If you want a 50 and don't need 4k or streaming built in then this $199 TV you just can't beat. Bought 2 of these for my basement so that my wife and I can Zwift in style.

My TV broke during the Stay-at-Home order. I ordered this TV on a Thursday and it arrived on Sunday. Great TV for a great price. I would definitely buy another one!

Great tv just do not like the remote interaction with the tv. If you do not point the remote directly at the sensor, it doesn't work.

It is a great just basic non smartv which i appreciate because using a roku or chromecast takes up wayyyyy less internet than a smart tv.

After having the tv for 14 days the screen went black. At first there’s was sound but we lost that fairly soon too. Took it to Best Buy and they exchanged it for me. Hopefully that won’t happen again. But so far so good. Before the glitch it worked great. We’ll see.

I was looking for a good deal so I purchased the insignia 55”tv. It’s not a smart tv but you can just purchase a roku or amazon fire stick to butter it up. The point is I didn’t over spend.

The picture is good, the sound isn’t the best, and it takes a while to come on sometimes u have to press the on button a couple times

Great tv for the price. Bought as an open box to start and the item was damaged. Best Buy was great about exchanging for a new unopened item.

Nice Tv. Excellent Clear Screen. Best Volume for a Flat Screen Tv. I've had this Tv for A Month now. Im very Pleased with this product. So far NO PROBLEMS.

Love the 50” tv. It was an upgrade to what we’ve had in the past in our master bedroom. It has a lot of features and can easily switch over to watch Netflix and the Firestick.

I bought this tv to replace the one that I had that got struck by lightning. I’m extremely pleased with the way the tv performs. I would highly recommend this product

Its only HD bit for the price its ok, not big difference between this one and the big brands... but if you want a little more, the uhd now can be better option

I live this bestbuy brand, i’ve owned an insignia tv since 2009 and it still works flawlessly, now i wanted a new one for the main room and this one is great as well

This TV is amazing for the price (I got it on sale). The sound quality isn't stellar, but I find most budget TVs don't have great sound. Hooked up a sound bar and this TV is amazing. Perfect for a bedroom TV.

I got this TV for just $235 at a 4th of July sale! It was a surprise for my wife, who always wanted a TV in our bedroom. She just didn't realize it was going to be this awesome.

I'm a streamer and already own a 4K firestick. I didn't want to purchase a smart TV, and Best Buy delivered. This TV works as it should. No problems at all.

Every time I turn on the TV, there’s no volume unless I pressed the mute button on and off.
