Laggy picture, delayed sound

Sometimes when people move it almost looks like there a ghost. This happens on almost any channel during any program. The sound doesn’t line up with the picture. I even tried moving the TV to multiple different rooms and cable boxes, but the problems don’t go away. There is an audio delay adjustment, but it does not cure the problem. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! The worst part is I bought this as a gift from my son when it was on sale. I kept it hidden from him for two weeks until it was time to give it to him and now Best Buy says I cannot return it. I bought this on sale for $220, but all I accomplished was wasting $220 and I’m stuck with a TV that I can’t even throw in the trash. I think I’m done with Best Buy.
