    I’ve had this tv for 3 months now and it was going great! I loved everything about it. A month or so after I had gotten the tv, it began glitching, going in and out and I thought it was because maybe the lights nearby or how it was sitting so I removed the lights and repositioned and it started working back fine. Today the tv started flickering again and then went completely out! It turns on (not even displaying the logo) and quickly turns back off! Now I’m just left with a blank screen.

    Half screen glitch

    This tv lasted a good year mounted and then it half the screen glitched for no reason and it would go away after while but eventually it was permanent. Maybe because it was mounted?

    12/12/2019 Great buy but im not happy about my picture tube going out in less than 2 years. I have tv's older than my dog still working.. Warranty only for 1 year not HAPPY

    I bought this on sale ( saving $80) for $199. as a 2nd tv though it was not smart TV. Then the very next week it went on sale for $229 reg $249 So at first I thought I got a deal then I matched model numbers and saw the regular price for same tv was $249 not $279 as it was advertised 3 days prior-- I felt so stupid and returned for thinking I saved $80. For a small amount more $249 on sale I bought a Westinghouse smart 4k same size

    I bought this tv online when picking it up I ask the guy if it was a smart tv he said yes . I get it home started too look at the box and ask a freind and he said no its no so I had too call best buy and return this item. I bought a computer that said 2 day shipping , its a week out ? So I ended up buying another computer so I can have the same one in 2 days . they asked if id like a best buy card ? Said no I had one I cut it up going too Wal-Mart nexted time . this is the 3 rd bad experience here at the Johnstown pa best buy

    This is my 5th Insignia. All were great. This is average. It has no controls on TV so must always use remote. Of all the ones I bought this has the weakest picture.

    I bought this used, assuming it was the floor model. It was a great price, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Upon turning it on, the screen was set to as dim as it could possibly be. I could barely see the white box that read "Netflix". It also didn't come with the remote, so I bought a universally, was successfully able to sync, but couldn't find the menu to try and fix it.

    I never recieved this TV my order was cancelled due to the store not having this TV when I purchased it. So I would not know if this TV is good.

    Picture quality OK for price but Favorite Channel function poorly engineered. Still trying to make it work!!! Get what you pay for I guess.

    Not a smart TV. You have to use alternative device like firestick /roku or chromecast to access internet content.
