    Known problem with Tv. BEST BUY still selling!

    Started off as a good tv, nothing fancy. I could connect my antennae and Roku sticks, after 2 months none of the HDMI ports work and there is no WiFi connection being received. I looked it up, and this is a known problem with the tv. Best Buy told me to Kick rocks, and the Geek Squad said they could help if I signed up for diagnostics ($199). Save yourself some time and money. Don’t buy.

    Picture is not great and the speakers are terrible! Even at max volume, 100, its still not loud! But it does work and it is doing the job. Really wish I would have spent a little more money and returned this tv tho.

    This model has okay clarity. It's about what you would expect from an insignia. However, it died suddenly after 13 months of moderate use. Not worth the money. Spend a little more and get something that will last.

    Terrible. TV picture, sound were good but it broke within 13 months...Right after the warranty expired. Of course Best Buy refused to fix it. I have owned a lot of TVs in my life and have never had one break in 13 months. Have sound but a black screen with no picture. Come to find out its a common issue with Insignia TVs. Will never buy this brand again. Save yourself a headache.

    I've had this TV for a total of 5 weeks. Within a month, the sound stops working. Plug in my headphones and they work. Remove them, no sound. Tried trouble shooting and managed to get sound back. Was informed about the speakers disconnecting or something along those lines. Every time I turn the TV off I have to fight tooth and nail for a solid 30 minutes before I either give up and not use the stupid thing or keep repeating the same steps of factory resetting the TV over and over. Waste of time and money.

    We bought a 50 inch insignia and just yesterday I smelled like wires getting hot. Please get back with me. Or I’ll contact Best Buy I think insignia may be a fire risk.

    Dont like the way the picture look. But you get what you pay for. Got it for my daughter for her 1st apartment and she was ok with it.

    We could never get all the channels to program on this TV and had to bring it and back, so we ended you getting a LG TV and had to pay a price difference.

    Lasted less than 2 yrs. Bought July 2019 and it died March 2021. It's been hanging on the wall plugged in to a surge protector the whole time so its been treated very well. We turned it off after watching with no problems, turned it back on 6 hours later and nothing. The light blinks like its supposed to but the TV does not come on.

    Hard to setup . when I change channels I have to resize the channel . it goes to normal small size . have to change picture size to ZOOM MODE to fill screen . Picture looks washed out , and dim . have to go to menu to fix picture .

    set up was easy. picture quality is fair. the colors do not pop out at you but didn't expect it to for the price. it only has the most basic of features.

    Sound is off on every kind of input

    The sound is about .5 seconds behind all shows regardless of Input. I am returning it this weekend. Sound quality is Very Low Quality.
