Missing parts

YOU SOLD ME A TV THAT WAS MISSING THE SCREWSTO THE BASE AND BATTETIES FOR THE REMOTE.. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO A CSR AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS. HE TOLD ME TO BRING IT BACK.. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN...I ORDERED THE TV PURPOSELY FOR THE SAKE OF DELIVERY. I SPENT 2 WEEKS SEARCHING ONLINE FOR SCREWS TO FIT. SO DISAPPOINTING!! NEVER AGAIN.!!

Spend a little more on a better tv

This television lasted as long as the warranty and then it had a mind of its own. The TV randomly turned on and off by itself. The volume will increase from 0 to 100 and then in reverse. I paid $200 for the television and it lasted one year before the issues started. Now I’m having to buy a new tv..

TREATED HORRIBLE by BEST BUY

The speakers are not in Sync with voices. Best buy is unwilling to fix as it is a few days past 30 days. Return period was 1-14-20. The problem was always there just become aware today as it was a gift. They refuse to stand behind this TV and is piece of junk.

Broken in 2 weeks

It literally broke and no picture in 15 days after like the 3rd time using the TV. I've had friends buy this same brand TV and shortly after they go out. I bought it for a TV at work so I wanted something cheap but I expected it to last a little longer then that...they gave me a hard time but they did swap it out for me... hoping the 2nd one will last a little longer...

My Lost

Right before Thanksgiving and now January 3rd no one is trying to assist me at all. Show my husband and I have a 50-inch television that does not work and no Geek Squad people from a signia or AIG is assisting a property. I am becoming very disappointed with Best Buy and their product.

Terrible Picture

Do not waste your money

DONT BUY

Use the Tv for Gaming & Movies

While watching sports there is no pixelation in high action scenes. The clarity is outstanding as well as the color. I like that there are preset options for what you’re about to watch (calibrations) on the picture. It really enhances your view. Test this picture quality out on Netflix with “Planet Earth 2.” My tv isnt hanging on the wall. So the sound isnt an issue. At around volume 26 its loud enough. Geeksquad extended plans are what keep me shopping at Best Buy. You get rid of having to deal with people over the phone. I used to work for best buy, so I understand specs on tv’s.
