    We are having so many problems with it they are too numerous to write about. We are going to return it right after the holidays!

    Had the television for a few months without using it for two months the picture is out on it. Wouldn’t recommend this purchase.

    Internal speakers cannot be heard even at full volume. Contacted CS was told that this product works best with external speakers. For the amount paid for TV it should not need external speaker system.

    The Television was bought as a gift for Christmas. However after two weeks of use after Christmas break at work and had to return.

    Not a very good product. I purchased this TV for the price and you get what you purchase. TV acted as if it had a mind of its own at times.

    Not worth buying. Have HD setup but this tv still fuzzy pixels and the talking is off by a word sometimes two. Stick to the name brand.

    I really regret buying this tv i wish i could return it nothing beats sony or even Westinghouse those are better options at this point

    Less than a year after purchase, 1/3 of the screen is now just vertical colored bars. I suppose you get what you pay for.

    Let me start out with facts about this TV, It's not 4k but you should not buy 4k TV's at this size 50". However You should think about buying a 4k TV at 60" and larger sizes, why? Because you will not notice hardly at all 4k vs 1080p with 50" or smaller size TV's at your normal viewing distance. Normally people don't stand 3 feet from a TV. Normal viewing distance is around 12' to 18' feet from your TV. So this TV is bright enough, clear enough and sharp enough as any 1080p HD TV and has great contrast and black levels. This TV is all you will really need at this price and size especially for a bedroom, and even good for a living room space. I recommend this for the price, no need to spend more at this size of TV. You will not gain more by buying 4k. Again 4k is for TV's of 60" and larger sizes to notice the 4k difference at normal viewing distances. And 4k is not worth $100 more at this size of TV. You will not notice the difference at this size.

    Picture does not fill up screen. If I set it to go full-screen the quality of picture is not good.
