It might be kind of a niche issue, but I use this TV for retro video games through the OSSC upscaler. It does not know how to handle 4:3 images in resolutions higher than 480P. It will stretch anything in 4:3 even if the aspect ratio is set to normal.

It might be that the aspect ration is wrongly configured. Try to change it to "Native", on the Picture menu, when using devices that broadcast on 4:3.
