Reviewing after a full year of use. Saw it as a deal of the day & haven't regretted it. Trouble free. Easy to maintain with just infrequent filter cleanings. My basement is pretty damp in a greater than 120 year old home not far from the river bank. Before I hooked up a drain hose between my unit and the main drain, it was initially collecting about 2.5 tanks per day. Settled down to two tanks after a few days. No issues and I do have to run it aggressively. Much more comfortable in basement. Noise is obvious when doing this but not excessive. Recommended.

My house never seemed to be comfortable in the summer no matter the AC setting. I finally figured out that the humidity at 65% was the reason why. I put this in the living room and what a difference it has made! I use the "comfort" setting which keeps the air between 45 - 55%. It ran nearly constantly at first and I had to empty it more than once a day, but now I empty every few days. It can be a little noisy, but not enough to bother me. Since it seems to do the whole house (about 1800 SF) no problem, I may move it to different spot.

Been solid in my laundry room with auto on/off bases on desired humidity level ... very effective.

It's a good-quality, made-in-America product. It looks like a heavy, great system with a good capacity bucket, no sound, and easy auto settings. The pricing is also not bad.

Fantastic dehumidifier especially for the price amd size

This product definitely works, I used it in several rooms of my house and keeps humidity away... its not very noisy so has been great even when running at night time

I've had this a year now and it's worked great for me. I plugged it in a year ago in my basement and it worked great. I didn't like having to empty the bucket so I used the hose attachment in the back and connected a hose and ran it to the a/c condensate pump. I no longer had to drain the unit and it remained on for a year randomly turning on and off to reach my desired humidity level. I would purchase this unit again if I needed another humidifier.

I purchased the insignia 50 pint unit to use in my garage which has a moisture problem. I was surprised how much water it removed. I used it for about 4-6 hours each day. I filled the reservoir every two days for about a week and a half and my garage moisture problem is much better. Due to the cold weather at this time, and my unheated garage I have not been able to use it for a couple weeks. It has wheels and easily rolled about. Very happy with it.

Had a third brake light leaking on my chevy silverado. Shop vac'ed as much water as possible but could not get the carpet dry. Then place a blow fan on it for 24hrs, and still wet. Bought this and WOW! First time pulled about a half gallon of water out of the carpet, on a 24hr run. Then finished it off with another 12 hr run and pulled out about 16oz out. The carpet and under pad was nice and dry. This product was worth every penny.

The dehumidifer keeps my basement humidify below 50% and keeps my clothes from getting moldy.

I bought this to replace my Medea dehumidifier which quit working after 3 months. I like this one so much more. Better design and better quality. Hope this one last longer.

Quiet and efficient Only drawback is loading and uploading the water container. Too small and difficult to unload with front panel.
