It's hard to give an accurate rating. I have only had it for about a month, and so far, so good. It does what it should. I hope it lasts longer than a year!

So far so good. Needed my home lung room humidity lowered and this is doing the job in about a 400 sq ft area. A pleasant surprise was this unit turns on and off with a Wyze smart plug (Model: WLPP1CFH). So you can turn it on and off remotely. I used the Alexa app on my phone for remote operation and Alexa voice commands at home.

I bought this about a year ago and haven’t had any issues. It works well and isn’t too loud.

I purchased the insignia 50 pint unit to use in my garage which has a moisture problem. I was surprised how much water it removed. I used it for about 4-6 hours each day. I filled the reservoir every two days for about a week and a half and my garage moisture problem is much better. Due to the cold weather at this time, and my unheated garage I have not been able to use it for a couple weeks. It has wheels and easily rolled about. Very happy with it.

Still working, we run it year round to pull moisture out of the basement

Quiet and efficient Only drawback is loading and uploading the water container. Too small and difficult to unload with front panel.

This item has worked so much better then our previous dehumidifier. It has handled our needs so much with ease and provided our family with another great purchase.

Good value in that it is a and fairly quiet motor and easy to operate.

I bought this for my basment. It works so far collects a good amount water in a short amount and its not even summer yet. Im looking into getting a condensation pump to help with the water drainage. It does make noise but its in the basement so no a major concern. I bought the warranty because I expect to run this a lot. Im happy overall with my purchase

This is a nice dehumidifier. It replaced an old one I've had for 10 years that finally quit. This one is a little noisier than the old one but it really sucks the water. It fills up a lot faster than my old one. That's a good thing because it doesn't run as much.

Pros: The item is well built and design is great. Holds the water in a plastic basin that has a clear see through portal that allows you to pull it before out and empty. Holds 50 pints and also offers ability pumping water to a floor drain. The controls are easy to read and are very easy to use. Cons: Runs extremely hot and can create a bit of a warm air flow that counters the relief of the dehumidifier itself. The water basin is tightly affixed to the base and is hard to pull off to empty.

Easy set up. Quiet. I attached a pump so that I don't have to empty it. Condensation gets pumped down the laundry drain. Perfect!

I have 2 of these dehumidifiers. I use them in the basement of my two homes. The one in my house I have had approximately 15 months and the most recent one approximately 1 month. They work very well. In my opinion they are quite and efficient. I believe time will tell if they continue efficiently for a good length of time in which I am hopeful.

I've owned this dehumidifier for a couple months now and it works very well. I have a large downstairs that has 2 bedrooms, full bath and kitchen. I have to empty the container every day because it is full. Previous Toshiba did not work as well. Time will tell though because I think they only last a year or two at best. Not a bad choice if the price is right for you.

Works great.Quiet, controls humidity. Auto shut off when full.

Have 2 of these units running full time for 3 years. Have a large fullsize basement and units fill each tub full in 24 hrs. Routine is morning emptying them. Basement dry to 30%, love the auto freezestat if it gets icy it shuts off compressor to thaw out. As long they sell these units I'll purchase them again, have a spare in box already if needed.

Light-weight. Quiet than others I have had. Works very well and seems to be quicker than my other one

We have used dehumidifiers for years in our basement.. Normally they have been noisy and run hot...meaning adding heat to the basement. The new units is great! Runs quiet and is keeping the basement cool and dry! A real "Best Buy"!
