Being used in basement. works well. easy to use. auto shut off with full tank is a major plus. Variable humidity setting also a plus. Runs quiet.

I really liked the performance, different control options and the ability to continually drain the water using a garden hose which you need to buy separately, wish it was provided along with the product. Satisfied with the performance for the price paid.

I've had several dehumidifiers and they only seem to last about 1-2 years before freezing up and quitting. All but one other have been 70 pint ones, but this 50 pint Insignia betters them with moisture removal and has been doing great. Been going for 3 months now and basement/house is staying between 38-42% humidity. I have it draining into sump pump so no bucket to empty. Next time it goes on sale, I'm getting another one.

Very nice dehumidifier overall. Pretty average for noise level, but that is overshadowed by my favorite feature which is the auto on/off. Set it to desired humidity level and let it run. Hoping to run a hose to our sump pit which is possible using the hose attachment at the back. I have this sitting in our basement and it’s able to handle our 1000 sq ft basement no problem during these hot and humid summer months.

This could use a larger reservoir for the water but it does come with a hose to drain and bypass the reservoir

Works well. Not to noisy. Really removed the water. Easy to remove tank and dump.

I placed this dehumidifier in my basement, approx. 350 sqft. The unit is working well. I've noticed the difference within 2 days, The laundry smell and humid were gone. The unit is not heavy compared to other brands. I love it. I wish this unit comes with drain hose, so that I don't need to empty the tank every 2 days.

Bigger than we needed but works amazing! We live near the ocean and it the humidity is 100% sometimes, making our houze reach to 70% at nights. This de humidifier helps us bring out room down to 50-60%. Which is an okay level by us to sleep with. It has a little noise but nothing to crazy. It does push out heat and heats up the house but its now more of a dry heat than a sticky heat so we dont mind that.

This works great, I have this in a central area and pulls the moisture from 3 rooms. It does give off a bit of heat.

Bought this unit to dehumidify an unfinished basement. I have a hose hooked to it so that it constantly drains into a sump. Been running for a couple of weeks now with no issues, and it's doing its job well.
