Great Dehumidifier!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this one after our other dehumidifier died after 10 years. This one is awesome. It's quieter, has more features and seems to blow cooler air than the last one. If you have owned a dehumidifier than you know the air coming out can get kind of warm. We live in the southeast and keep it running in the garage...it really helps and does what it needs to do.

Good
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My son's nursery is very damp and there were some mildew issues. We had a previous dehumidifier, which accidentally broke by knocking it over and getting water into it's system thus killing it. This one is more stable. AND it takes out a lot more moisture a lot faster than the previous one.

Seems to be doing its job!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.During the summer months in North Carolina, things can get pretty sticky. I got this to see if it would help with the humidity in my basement. After the first day, I had to empty it. And again in a couple of days later. Now it only needs emptying every week or two, and the air feels better and there isn't a dank smell any longer. I am very happy with it.

Insignia Dehumidifier fits the bill.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great efficient unit. It replaced a much older one which I use in my cellar from May through September when it is damp. At first I had it set at a constant ON setting but found it was running around the clock to eliminate every once of moisture....not necessary to have a cellar that dry. Correct setting is to have it set at 55 humidity. It turns on an off by iteself.

One of the best dehumidifier owned.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After returning another brand dehumidifier due to a recall, settled on this one from BB. Got this model from Deal of Day sale, and did not disappoint. Slim profile, low noise, and collected water quickly (full in about 8-12h) made this a keeper. And it ran cooler than the recalled dehumidifier.

Great Unit
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works on my second floor with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroomz. Put it in the hallway and it keeps the entire area dry and nomore mildew smell when the a.c is off in our florida climate. Fills up in about 7 hours @ 50% humidity setting and turbo fan option on.

works fine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This could use a larger reservoir for the water but it does come with a hose to drain and bypass the reservoir

Great value/No regrets
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great value for the money. Dehumidifier works quickly and it's quieter than expected. Bonus is it was easily unpackaged and required no assembly - just plug in and press the start button. There's no fumbling to empty the water container, too.

Quietly efficient
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I replaced an old 50 pint dehumidifier with the insignia 50 pint one. The old one ran continuously for 3 days to fill up whereas my new one fills in 1 day running on the comfort zone. Not only is it efficient, it is also very quiet. A great humidifier for the price.

Great for wet basements
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works wonders for a damp basement. Have an old house where water seeps into the foundation creating a perpetual damp basement. Keep this running almost all the time with the hose hookup to a drain and the basement is now always dry. It's a little loud, but gets rid of the moisture pretty fast.

Replacement fior a Frigidaire
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This dehumidifier replaces a Frigidaire that lasted only two years before getting an EC code which means its broken. I am glad I purchased an extended warranty! Got this replacement at no cost, but bought another 4 year warranty. So far, this unit seems just fine.

Nice Product
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This unit does a nice job in pulling out the water. I did not think it was loud but it does put out warm air....but this is normal for a compressor. My GE lasted 2 years, this one is rated much better by customers than GE and I have to agree. Like the several options available on humidity control, auto off or one push "comfort" option.

Good Job
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a good humidifier. I've had it for about a year and it's still running just fine. You can tell the difference when it's off because it gets warmer than usual especially upstairs. The only downfall is having to empty it. It's not a pain to empty just an inconvenience.
