It works as needed , not loud , can’t complain honestly

Works well and looks great. A little loud at highest setting but I let running in the basement with the hose attachment so no need to empty when full. It's been running non-stop for almost a year and runs like it's stright out of the box.

I have a pretty large basement, about 700 square feet. Its almost always musty down there. This dehumidifier has cut back on the smell considerably, and you can definitely feel the decrease of moisture. I can actually store boxes down there now

It is working good so far. We will see how long it lasts. I have had two GE's before this one and they only lasted a little over 2 years each. Hopefully Insignia does a better job. Decent price.

I was replacing frigidaires every two years because of their terrible quality replacing the Frigidaire with this Insignia has made a world of difference. The only thing I could say negative about this unit is the way the door for the water depository closes. I since connected a drainage hose and that makes life easier.

Greatest purchase I have made in a long time. Should gave bought it along tome ago. It is a great size for my basement. Anything smaller would not have worked.

Had a 35 pint Hisense dehumidifier that just wasnt keeping up with the Texas humidity in my apartment. Decided to get this 50 pint given that it had pretty good reviews overall. Opened the item, plugged it in, met with error code that wont go away despite unplugging and replugging multiple times (as per instructions). I’ll be going to the store tomorrow to return the item.

Works great, we leave it running for most of the day. I have noticed once that the coil built up some ice, so I'm keeping an eye on it to see if it was too humid that day, or if it was too dusty in my basement which is always very dusty. You can't beat this machine for the price.

We bought this to replace a different brand unit that stopped working after 3 days. This one pulled so much moisture out that it turned off as it should. No more damp feeling on clothing, couch, or linens. So glad we found this and are 100% satisfied.

I purchased this dehumidifier for my basement. It looks contemporary and is easy to use. It is a large unit and does a great job in removing the dampness from the basement. I would purchase this product again.

I’ve had this for 3 weeks and so far it’s been very dependable. Set at 60% in our basement where I work and the humidity hasn’t gone over 59% yet. Hose runs the water right into the sump pump. Worth the money.

I purchased my Insignia 50-Pint Dehumidifier 14 months ago and I'm quite pleased with its performance. The bucket can be a little tricky to put back in. Otherwise, it just pulls moisture from the air and keeps my basement dry. Perfect!

Great product! We bought one of these to help remove humidity from our large basement. The dehumidifier worked so well we bought another one. Haven’t had any issues with either and would recommend.

This Insignia dehumidifier is an excellent buy and it keeps our 1200 sq ft. basement dry and free from moisture. I would highly recommend this product.

This is the second of this exact model that we have purchased. It works so well, and it is not loud at all. It does a great job pulling the humidity out of the air. It makes a noticeable difference in a short amount of time. I highly recommend this brand!

It works very well, but I do not understand why it does not include the drain hose. And even worse, Best Buy does not sell the drain hose for its dehumidifier.

I have been watching for a great deal on a dehumidifier for a while now because my house can get very "muggy" during the summer. This Insignia was the perfect purchase! It runs great and isn't very loud so it can run over night while I sleep and it doesn't bother me.

The humidity in my basement is so good that summer doesn't even feel like summer in my basement. This product is Godsent. Absolutely deserve 6/5 starts.

I am very pleased with my Insignia Dehumidifier. I wanted it to remove moisture from the air and it is a good job. I know it is usually used for health reasons, However, I wanted to see if it would provide water from air so that I can use it to water my plants.

If you want to maintain ideal room humidity, I highly recommend this product. It works well in my house.
