Very quiet for its size, and with a clean look it blends in well with other furniture while it goes to work in your house.

The box was battered when it arrived but the unit was undamaged. It has been working great. It is pulling a lot of moisture from the basement air. I am thinking of attaching the hose for drainage so I don't have to keep emptying the bucket.

Does a great job of dehumidifying the basement! When on, it’s about as loud as a fan. The humidity setting keeps the room very comfortable. I am always skeptical of off brand names, but Insignia keeps impressing me!

My basement was smelling a little musty and I decided on this one after reading reviews. I like the large tub capacity and auto reset with power outage feature. I've been shocked how much moisture it's pulling from the air - empty the tub almost every day.

If you’re on the fence about this product, take the leap and buy it. I don’t have a basement but live in the south, and I’m constantly opening doors all summer to let my dogs in and out of the house. This humidifier made my house more comfortable over night, and after a month of use I notice a difference not just in comfort but in air quality and breathing. The tank is large so I only have to empty it twice a day leaving it constantly running. Really great product and worth the investment.

Works great and has a window to see how full the tank is. Just wish it had an audio alarm to notify you it is full.

This is one of the most amazing products i could have ever purchased, it needs to be emptied every 4 hours or so because this basement appears to be wetter humidity and moisture wise than i thought. BUT OMG YOU MUST TRY IT, ITS AMAZING!

Does great at keeping my 1400 sq foot basement dry! Hook up a hose into a drain and set to run it to all of your needs!

The dehumidifier works great. Able to chose percentage of humidity in the room or just the "comfort " option. The % showing on the LED seems accurate and the machine is not as noisy as its predecessor. However, as mentioned by others, the water bucket is hard to put back. Another issue was how it was packed for delivery: There were just 2 straps holding the box and it arrived with both straps on the same side of the box. Not sure how the dehumidifier did not fall out the box. But it works fine so no problem...
