So far this has been a great dehumidifier! Easy to set up and emptying the bucket is also very easy!

We bought one of these humidifiers for our main house and we now purchased a second one for our vacation home. This is the top-of-the-line do you middle fire and we are very pleased.

This works great. the design is nice and small footprint. It does generate some heat and needs space around it but that is to be expected and for safety. I do not like how you can in theory set it to turn off once a humidity level has been set but it is only for the day. Each day you have to reset it. Bummer. The timer also does not seem to turn off after set amount of time. But compared to the other bulky awkward designs, it's fine but that's why 4 out of 5 stars.

I have to say, i didn't think there was so much water in the air. This product works!!

Awesome dehumidifier. Works great and pretty quiet and not too much heat. Definitely recommend, and with the money you save, you should buy the 4 year protection plan from best buy.

I have a very large basement & after a few hours you could tell the difference.

This is a great item IF you want it constantly running to keep the level EXACTLY where you set it, but this is not what I wanted. It's extremely frustrating the way this thing works. Let's say the humidity is at 65% and I set the machine to 50%. Well, what I want is for the machine to turn on, once it hits 50% or even slightly lower, turn off. What happens instead is that it turns on, drops down to around 45% (blows warm air to do this), then it will start blowing cold air to raise it back to 50%, soon as it rises it repeats and runs forever. I don't want ANY cold air blowing EVER and it's ridiculous there is no sort of setting to make it ONLY run when the humidity is too high. I don't want the stupid thing running pretty much all the time. It doesn't need to make up for going a little low. I live in an extremely humid area and it will naturally rise on it's own. It's so weird because it always overshoots the setting. Will go under then blow cold air to raise it back, then it goes over and has to blow warm air again to lower it. It would be perfect if there was any sort of way to make it never blow out cold air. I have to constantly turn it on / off which is beyond frustrating. If there was more control over the settings this thing would be perfect. Would be great to just say "only blow cold or only hot" as well as some sort of auto setting. I wish there was a lower fan setting, it's insanely loud. It's SO loud that you can't put it in a bedroom or anywhere near people, it's really that loud and pretty much never shuts off due to the auto correcting of the humidity. I have it in the bedroom for now and it literally never turns off because of the stupid auto correction. Only reason for 3 stars is that when you manually control it, it's actually a decent piece of hardware. It's a shame you can't turn either setting on or off then it could double as a mini air conditioner or heater. Heat the room when lower humidity, cool it when raising and it does a good job of heating / cooling, but you have to rely on the humidity of the room to determine if you get the heater or cooler vs just being able to turn on what you specifically want.

We had a lot of humidity in the house and mold in closets. From the first time used, it was unbelievable how much water it collected! Would highly recommend if you have any humidity problem.

I really like this dehumidifier. My only complaint is the size of the water reservoir. It will pull 50 pints of water per day, but since I only empty it once a day, it does less for me.

This dehumidifier works great. It keeps the humidity down, which keeps my home cooler. I actually had to turn up the air conditioning because it was too cold in the house. I’d recommend getting one.

I bought this dehumidifier a month ago. I was fed up with more expensive models that failed after a few years. This dehumidifier is working well, is easy to maintain and is half the price of most others.

So far it is doing great, shipping box was in great shape. Most people complain about shipping, mine was great. It operates as it should and does a good job so far. No complaints so far.

Have bought many of these. These will suck the moisture right out of your bladder if you stay in the same room Too long. Any time water got in basement this unit took care of it in record time.

Very nice looking. Big water reservoir so empties are less often. Bought it to replace my old insignia dehumidifier that lasted 10 years. Works great and has alot of features that help get the humidity level just right in my house.
