My wife and I use this in our home after noticing that the air inside is somewhat humid. This dehumidifier pulls so much moisture from the air. We usually have to empty the water reservoir at least once a day. Wow! It does it's job very well!

This one has been great and I find that it is much more accurately reading the current humidity (basement) and cycling appropriately. I was able to re-use the drain hose attachment that I already since this model does not include one. Otherwise, any standard hose should work if you want to use the drain feature.
