2 seasons, tops
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought in summer of 2022. This is our third season using it, and it’s starting to act up. Instead of turning off and beeping to notify us when it’s full, it makes a god awful rumble for about 60 seconds. My husband tried to turn it off tonight to take a look at it, and after he powered it down, lights were off but the machine was still running! Even a bit after he unplugged it, it was still going. We regularly clean the filter and maintain it. For being $260, I wish it had lasted longer. Warranty sucks.

Great value and brand

I searched many brands for a cost effective dehumidifier. I bought this Insignia model from Best Buy I'm very pleased with my purchase and this model. Highly recommend don't be fooled by house brand this model goes up against all the name brands, much more affordable

There is a place as well to connect an actual house instead of coming with a cheap plastic tube for those in need to run it continuously. I only thing i don't like so far, is when i empty the tank, sometimes it takes extra time for me to line it up to get it back in for some reason.

Setting custom humility level so that the dehumidifier automatically cuts on and off is as not as friendly as it could be -- I am not sure if this feature works at all (Not a big deal).
