The only knocks against this is that you don't want to place it in a room where you spend a lot of time because it is loud enough to interfere with quiet conversation or TV. It is large, too... be prepared to put it in a spare bedroom that gets good air circulation.

I bought this as a second one to move between rooms while i have one main name brand one. This one is now my main one.

No complaints!

The back has a direct hose connection for constant dripping, though I don't use it, the reservoir is good enough. Also, has a handle for easy holding when emptying the water

And it does the rest. I have to empty the collection bucket but i could just run a hose from it to the sump if i wanted to. It got rid of the musty smell within a week. I love ut.
