This is our first home dehumidifier. We got it for when it was on sale at $159. We can't complain. It runs and after a while we find a full bucket in need of emptying. Very much like when I drink my entire water bottle.

I purchased this in September 2021. It worked great for the past two years and did an excellent job of reducing humidity in my basement. after almost exactly 2 years it has stopped working. It runs and has no error message but it is no longer pulling moisture from the air. It runs constantly unable to reduce the humidity. I suggest buying the protection plan as it seems no brand of dehumidifier works more than a year or two.

This has worked great ever since I bought it. Not one single problem have I encountered.

This dehumidifier works great. I struggled a bit to find the filter to remove and clean it. Found it! I really like that the unit turns off when the set humidity level is reached, then comes on again as needed.

Works as expected. It is rather loud and blows warm air out the side so placement is a consideration

I decided to try this brand as opposed to the Frigidaire I had before. No complaints - works as described. It does seem that after a year or so all dehumidifiers don't work as well as they did then they were new.

The Insignia dehumidifier broke withing two weeks and Best Buy won’t refund me the $29.99 for Geek Squad Protection. It was ordered 10/27/24, available for pick-up 11/1/24 and returned on 11/21/24. The clerk that helped me provided a gift card for the purchase price of the dehumidifier. He checked with the store manager and told me a refund of $29.99 would be applied to my credit card within a few days. That never happened. I’ve called customer service multiple times since then. Every employee has told me a $29.99 credit will be applied to my credit card soon. Syrel, a supervisor, opened case # 347664573 to escalate the case. Yesterday, Syed, in Best Buy customer service told me to go to the store. Jeremy, a manager in the Towson store, told me today (12/11/24) that the Geek Squad protection allowed the item to be returned after 14 days. He said I needed to send it back to the manufacturer to be refunded the Geek Squad charge. I told him that should have been explained to me back on 11/1/24 when it was first returned. Bottom line, the dehumidifier should not have broken within two weeks and Best Buy should do the right thing and refund my credit card the $29.99 Geek Squad charge.

I lived in my house for 40 years. I when thru many dehumidifiers. This is by far the best dehumidifier ever. It keep a very accurate moisture level. It looks a lot like the top rated HOmeLabs HME020031N Dehumidifier in consumers report.

Great Value Works well and dehumidifies quickly Recommend

Looks exactly like my old LG dehumidifier. Been running for the last 4 weeks continuously to keep the basement dry.

This is my second one. I bought a second one but it blows hot air so I will be returning it. The first one didn’t blow hot air and it just adds heat to the room.

Works well, My only complaint would be that it drips after shutting off the unit if you remove the water reservoir right after shut off. Best to let sit for 5 or 10 minutes, other than that It's awesome.

Works great for a first floor condo. Have it continuously running draining thru a garden hose. Does make the place hotter and doubled my electric bill but that's the price you pay for running one.

Great dehumidifier, especially with a turbo setting. Keeps my Home comfortable on really humid days especially after it rains

I bought this for the garage to help cut down on humidity in the summer. This has been a fantastic machine and helps dramatically. We have had another brand and it didn’t work nearly as well.

The price of thisnunit was intriguing, but the function is even better! So happy for this purchase.

not sure if it does what it suppose to do for my feeling its a ac with out the cold air or just part of ac system the part what is normally outside and drips water

Insignia Dehumidifier. This dehumidifier works great. I can certainly tell the difference when I don't have it on. I use the hose connection and don't need to worry about emptying the container.
