It worked great July to October 2022. Then it was place in storage after carefully cleaning and placed into large plastic sacks. On 06/10/2023 retrieved from storage plugged in and set 50% RH. It seemed to be operating OK - the fan was operational, but it was not removing moisture, after 3 days of continuous operation - no water in the collection reservoir. Today 06/15/2023, I took it back to Best Buy, however, since I did not add coverage for failure - Best Buy will not be able to help. My only option is to recycle and purchase a new one. It will not be from Best Buy - since the Insignia brand is questionable in quality. Do not make the mistake that I have made. You will only get one season of benefit.

I almost feel that there is some sort of design flaw here. It takes me no less than 5 solid minutes just to reseat the thing....
