However, we stored this product for the winter as it’s not advised to use under a certain temperature. After 3 months of use prior to the winter, we plugged it in this spring and it no longer works. Every time it is turned on the unit freezes completely over. Not sure if this is brand specific as I have read many accounts of dehumidifiers in general being subpar for longer term usage, however, I find it highly aggravating that for a product that costs around $200 I am having to spend my time to warranty it after only 30 days of use.
