Terrible product and worse service

Received a used and damaged machine

The unit it missing and appear dirty. It’s clearly been used and returned. It’s not a light piece and I have to drag it back to a store. Not happy.

I have eczema, and excess moisture in the air has always been a big issue for me. Since using this product, my room and bathroom feel completely different. I’m no longer waking up with itchy hands, and I don’t have to use a damp towel every day anymore. I’m a big fan - no pun intended.

I wasted time and bought one and it’s not even close. Why the misinformation?
