Works well for my 2000 sf basement. Controls are easy to use and hose connection allows draining to the sump pump. Basically, so far, it's been set and forget.

Works great. Brings humidity levels down quickly. Very quiet.

Have had it for a couple weeks. Mistakenly put it on continuously for a few days. Worked great and filled up fast. Then realized my mistake and put it on comfort level. Continues to work very well. Easy to emlty. Am pleased so far.

Working fine so far. Water drawer is kind of cheap/possibly fragile plastic. I've got my fingers crossed, the old one was over 30 yrs old...

Unit seems fine. It has been running in my basement since I received it. I purchased this as a Best Buy Open Box item with the rating that made me believe the item was like new and was like someone opened the box and changed their mind. I was disappointed in the packaging in that it was not the original box and the box that was used arrived quite beat up. But the unit did not appear to be broken. The second disappointment was that the bucket was quite dirty. I now have no idea how long the unit ran for someone else before it arrived at my house. I got the unit at a significant discount so I'm not complaining too much, I just wish Best Buy had rated the unit differently (maybe one level lower).

Bought this dehumidifier 7/2021. It worked great through the end of the summer of 2023 (2.5 seasons). Started it up again 5/2024 and it is broken. The fan runs, but the coils are not pulling any moisture out of the air. Other reviewers have made mention that this unit may not last very long. I would agree. More landfill fodder.

A real nice dehumidifier. It does a great job. I have a detached garage with two Show Cars in it. It keeps everything dry. No moisture or condensation. I would recommend this unit. Try to catch it on sale for a better price.

I would like to give it 4.5 stars but not an option. It’s working great in my basement w/ a hose to the sump pump hole. It would be better for my use if the intake was in front so that it would be easier to position as well as a longer power cord yet it’s doing the job. Satisfied so far. Hopefully durability is good, too early to tell. I’ve been impressed w/ Insignia products for the most part over the years. Excellent value in my experience.

I really like the look and how quiet the dehumidifier is. Very easy to dispose water from the reservoir.

This is the second dehumidifier I have purchased, third I've used in 20 years. In comparison, this is a fast working unit for a 900 sq ft basement. Bin handle is more comfortable than older models, and pours out easily enough, although a spout angle would be a nice feature. Bin is narrower than other models so you don't go crashing in to pillars and walls while bringing it outside to dump in the garden.

Works pretty well. Difficult to close backet door.

Removes humidity really well. We love it! Ordering another for the basement.

Works Great had Mildew in the Basement and after couple of days the order went away thank to the Dehumidifier. Easy to use and maintain.

After two and half years, it stopped working. Compressor still working, but no water coming out. The coils are not cold the catch the water. I guess the freon has leaked. Not worth to fix it. While it worked, it was great.

Does just as good as my other name brand for a lot less $

I chose this item because it didn't have a lot of "bells and whistles" and for that reason was more affordable than some other highly rated dehumidifiers. I didn't want that. It functions well. The water container gets heavy when full, but it is still pretty easy to empty. I notice an improvement in how the air in my house feels.
