For my phone (iPhone Xs) it works for about 1.5-2 solid full charges and doesn't take too long to recharge. Do with I went for a higher mAh option, but it was well worth the price I paid. It does get quite warm from time to time. A little too thick to pocket when traveling or moving around.

I didn’t have the funds to buy a new phone last minute so purchased this and it was so handy. While on our tour I used it to recharge after videoing all day and let my friend use it too.
