Great Roku TV

Picture is not necessarily the best 4K, but it costs much less than most others also. It is definitely better than 1080P on my old TV and a nice upgrade for me for the price. Built-in live TV DVR functionality is awesome and the Roku functionality is super fast with great streaming picture on my home network. TV speakers are a little quiet, but I have it hooked up to a home theater system so no problem for me.

Everything was great for the first two years. Then as soon as the warranty and Geek Squad Protection ran out (2 years is what I paid for), the sound started going out to the point of having it at its max of 100 at 10 feet away and still couldn't hear it (got a sound bar to help). Then on 11/8/19, got the black screen. It will cost more to repair than to purchase a new TV (price figured from parts, labor and time to have to take the tv to repair shop and pick up along with time without a TV). Figured for the price we pay for TV's, they should last more than 2.7 years. After research, Sony/Insignia are known to have these issues and it is very common to have the issues. Guess I am going back to Samsung and paying for the longer warranty. Side note, Best Buy was more than helpful from start to finish.
