I got this TV at a great price. Everything is good but the sound is awful. We finally hooked it up to a sound bar to get the results we wanted. Other than that nice tv for the price.

First off the Roku smart features are in my opinion the best easiest to use and most comprehensive out of any manufacturer interface.My only real complaints about television is black levels aren't great and no HDR but for under $500 with all the Roku features and 4k still worth it.

Loved the tv. Quick and easy to set up and learn. 14 days later I have 1/2 a picture. Left side is grey and the right side is beautiful. Not exactly what I expected in quality. Now to see how service or return works out.

we have had the tv set up for a month now and are loving it. The sound quality is not as good as more expensive tv's but we have a sound system set up already and rarely use the tv sound. roku feature is very nice and smooth.

I bought one of these for my father in law and while I was setting it up him for I realized I really like the interface and setup so I ended up getting one for my self. I have movies on an external hard drive which I can just plug into the TV and play.

Great 4K TV for the price. Love the built in ROKU TV. The only downside is the sound as others have noted. I added an Insignia Soundbar and now ths sound is great. Even with the soundbar included, the total price was less than the next best TV from Samsung

While looking for an affordable, yet powerful tv, I stumbled upon this beaut. I asked Aikeem (Emeryville, CA store) about the specs and what not and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the said product. Would recommend going to him for your tv and gaming needs!

This is a great TV for the price and at 55" it is a great size as well. The Roku feature is great and all of my SMART content is ready to get to from the home screen. The sound system is fine if you don't have surround sound already part of your entertainment center.

Overall we are very happy with the quality of the TV. My only complaint is the sound. If you are not hooked up to surround sound some/most programming is very difficult to hear. Also for some of our components, the tv could use at least one more AV inputs.

TV works great and is the perfect size for an average sized living space (mine 20X16). Roku tv is easy to navigate and the apps operate smoothly. Only problem I've encountered is the occasional connection issues with Wi-Fi when all other devices have none.

Happy we went this route. We were looking to replace our tv with a new 4K tv that included smart features as we don't want to pay for a cable box. This roku TV was perfect. Has all of apps we could ever want and has great resolution at a phenomenal price.

I bought this TV when my previous one got hit by lightning. The 55" size is great for my living room, and the 4k resolution is crystal clear. Plus, I love having the Roku built in!! One remote to control most of what I use the TV for? Yes! A great value, too.

I was looking for a TV that would simplify switching between the cable box and the Roku services. Before we would have to use 3 different remotes to access the Roku. Now we only need one. And I can also control some of the features from the Roku remote app.

You can;t beat this TV for the price. I am very happy with it so far. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the TV "froze" randomly. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and all was good - just worried ti may happen again.

This is a great tv! The picture is awesome and the built in ROKU features are perfect for my family. An added bonus was having the icons for our gaming system and blue ray player added to the home page when the television is turned on.

I think the Insignia 55" is a really great value. This was really the only one in my budget, which amazed me, not only for the price but the quality. Enjoying my Netflix!!

This TV is amazing. I am so thankful I visited my nearest Best Buy to purchase this great valued TV. THEIR customer service is awesome. I am very impressed with my sales associate.

Overall this is a good TV. The only problem we have had with it is that the sounds goes out every once in a while and we have to unplug it and then it works fine again.

I had been looking online for a good quality affordable TV. This tv got excellent reviews. The only thing I do not like is the volume from the speakers. You have to turn the volume up high to be able to hear certain movies.

I hope this TV last longer than my Vizio one did!! Thank you to Brian Popp for recommending this to us! We always trust his judgement on any products we shop for at Best Buy! He is very knowledgeable of all the products.
